Candidates desirous of seeking admission in the college are required to procure the Prospectus containing Admission Form from the college office on requisite payment. They are required to deposit completely filled Admission Form with necessary enclosures within the due date. Candidates are advised to attach only self-attested photocopies of the documents with their admission form and in no case they should submit originals. The assistant concerned will issue a receipt for each form deposited.

The number of seats in first year of various programmes is as under:

1. Student have to pay  rupees 200 for admission form and enrolment form.(only for B.A, I year students)

 2. After completion the admission form student have to submit the following documents:-

(a) Photocopy of High school marksheet and certificate.
(b) Self attested photocopy of Intermediate marksheet.
(c) Transfer certificate (TC) and Character certificate (CC) {By the previous college principal}
(d) if student have any gap in his/her education period then he/she has to submit attested affidavit by notary public.

 3. Student should have to submit the admission fees in any branch of State Bank Of India after attestation of the admission form from the respective Admission Committee.

4. Fees should be submitted in any branch of State bank Of India through the slip which is attached in prospectus. (student should keep the copy of deposit slip)

 5. After submitting the fees, student should come to the fees counter with bank deposit slip where he/she will receive the Admission number, Identity card and his/her name will be registered.

 6. Student should have signed the entry card by the Chief Procter.

 7. Student can not enter, is found then into the college campus without Identity card if any student found guilty than he/she will be self liable for legal action.

 8. No admission will be provided by the college after last date of admission.

 9. student has to submit application form & enrolment form before last date given by the University otherwise student should be prohibited to attend the examination.

 10. Student should keep the fees slip because caution money & other refunds will be provided after producing the bank deposit fee slip.    

Admission Criteria

(A) - It is compulsory for the admission in B.A. Part 1 and B.Com. Part 1 that the candidates must pass the Intermediate examination ducted by U.P.Board of Secodary Education or any other board approved by M.J.P. Roholkhand University,Bareilly or any other equivalent examination. The students are permitted to take admission in the next class only when they pass the previous class.

(B) - For the admission in M.A. (Previous), the candidate must pass B.A. final at least with 45% marks and the desirable subject for M.A. must be in B.A. final with at least 45% marks in the same subject. There is a provision of relaxation in marks of 5% for SC students. There is a quota of 10% for the students of Non-Stream such as and etc. After qualifying M.A. in one subject as a regular student ,the students are not permitted to take regular admission in M.A of other subject.
